Payment is upfront. I will send invoices through Venmo and/or Paypal. Your place on my commission list is secured only once I have received at least a down payment that will be agreed upon at the time I quote you the cost of the commission.

Final emote files include 500px, 112px, 56px, 28px. Final animated emotes included a 500px file. Final badge sizes include 500px, 72px,36px,18px. You may use the 500px files for panels, overlays, banners, etc.

Expect commissions to take at least one month to fulfill. Rush commissions will include an additional $30 fee.

Once you've approved the initial sketch, I'll begin working on the line art and it cannot be changed once the final image is sent to you. At that point I can change most colors and make small revisions depending on your piece. Please ask what I'm able to change for you but keep in mind that big alterations may be done at an additional fee! Prices may be adjusted depending on the complexity of your request. I'll make two free edits to sketches/final art and any further requests will be charged $5 per edit. Please be clear with what you'd like changed.

If you do not supply a direct reference, then I will assume you're comfortable with leaving that aspect to me. If you have a specific vision in mind, please provide references!

You will receive your final artwork through a zip folder sent to your discord or email.

Please do not attempt to manipulate that design or colors of the final piece. If you expect you might like changes such as hair color in the future, then let me know before I start your commission. I can provide 3 color variations at no extra cost as long as you can resize the extra emotes yourself later.

I may post a WIP as well as the final piece on my social media, if this is something you're uncomfortable with, let me know before I begin working!

I retain full ownership of commissions. Designs are for personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced for commercial use unless discussed otherize.

If you'd like a larger size, I can re-illustrate emote and badge designs for an additional $10 per illustration. This is useful for those who'd like to use their art as icons, in panels etc. This purchase does not grant you commercial use.

There is a $150 fee for merch and commercial use (per design). This price includes a larger file size suitable for printing. Further variations and edits may require additional fee. All current terms apply to this process.

Keep in mind the type of clothing and accessories you'd like your character in as well. If you don't specify clothing, I will default to my artistic freedom. You may screenshot my past art to help explain what you'd like. Art and anime/cartoon references are okay as well.

Social Media - Include you Twitch or Youtube name if you wish to include it in your design.
